POSTAL CHARGES

Australia Post has once again lifted postal charges significantly.

Herbal Horse has absorbed all postal rate rises for the past five years. However the recent rise together with rises in the cost of packaging due to rises in fuel, cartage and raw materials, leaves us with no viable option but to charge our clients the actual cost of the postage on the goods sent to them to take effect from 23 April 2007.

This will also apply to Herbal Horse Vitalis which has been freight free since its inception five years ago. We have recently absorbed a 50% rise in the cost of the sunflower kernel base for this product. As a further concession the charges on 10 kg and 15 kg buckets of Vitalis will be for that weight only, although the bucket weighs another kg and clients purchasing 2.5 kg Vitalis on its own will only pay $9 postage anywhere in Australia as they can be sent in a pre-paid satchel.
